Pet Policy
Please note that there is a weight limit of 45 lbs for pets in our units, and typically, only one pet is allowed per unit. For cats and dogs weighing up to 45 lbs, a monthly pet fee of $40.00 applies.
If the pet is not a cat or a dog, written approval from the landlord is required, and a different monthly pet fee may apply depending on the type of pet. Additionally, if the pet exceeds the maximum weight limit or if there are multiple pets, special written approval from the landlord is necessary, and additional monthly pet fees may apply before the pet is allowed to reside in the unit.
Please be aware that any non-approved pets found residing in the unit without prior approval from the landlord may be subject to immediate removal, and additional fines may be imposed.
